I've recently watched the 'zeitgeist film' here on YouTube and it just hit me how greatly you've touched upon the monetary system that we're currently living in in this video. I wonder if you're in any way associated with the Venus project.. Anyways, this is such a thought provoking video that I just had to comment =)
Nothing we can do for others can be done without also doing something for ourselves. Even the most selfless act is done with the intention of gaining the resulting good feeling from having done it. If it produced no pleasure giving to others, nobody would do it. We are all part of a greater whole and yet trapped within ourselves at the same time and we are given the unique ability in the animal kingdom to contemplate that fact. Seeing others as an extension of yourself bridges the gap.
In a capitalist society, that is how the game is. I don't believe it will ever change. I think the only way to create your solution would be in a socialist society where money is redistributed where it is needed.

Those "richer" people will reinvest that interest paid to create a lower cost of captial which spurs growth and creates jobs for the "poor".

i agree with you money i a evil creation and so is capatalism also humans are natruly evil and sin through out there lives we all poison the world.
youre right on the taking issue and the negative/possative offset and you talk about how people are selfish. humans have 3 options
A)continue on this downward spiraal path to our destruction.
B)have a radacle enlightenment of the people or
C)rid the world of the true evil people and let the poor inherit the world whilst a good 80% vanish forever
