Actually some of these women are a little too skinny.They have to have a little belly to see the jiggle and at least some curves but in the right places (costuming helps out that with that). I understand there are differences in styles of belly dancing, but for my money, Sadie has the better choreography and technique overall.

@NOCOBE it requires much practice and coordination, but its all in the knees and getting your hips involved too... like making the vibrations travel throughout your abdomen. I took classes and we spent three classes just on this. But switch your knees back and forth, it took me so long to be able to not only do it fast, but to keep going for minutes.... Buena suerte!
