and i went to that hospital, about 22:00, and there's nothing interesting, just little creepy :)

I've got two theories. Its also driissK's idea.

Maybe you're online player or a friend or whatever you call "Companion" tried to rob someone maybe a hobo exactly. That's why it screams though 'I've got nothing! I've got nothing!"

(I haven't played yet because of RGSC and My Windows 7 not yet gotten the service pack). My Idea is when I saw your map you and your friend are so far and naturally you won't hear what's your friend doing right? I mean that's a game but it also contempts to natural..

on multiplayer go to tonies club (not the gay bar) and go in to the girls toilets and you can hear someone crying but theres noone there, so i supposes you could say it was a ghost

It was a hobo in Mutiplayer the game because very glitchy

The black figure people see is just that a black hobo lol

its like the suicidal picture taker in SA

a glitch changed where that ped was suposse to be

the game for some reason put a hobo there because

in single player the hobos are in the Old Hospital

but then the game was like "oh fuck" and took it out
