the pushups, sit ups and running standards are well below the numbers i was quoting.
as long as you have a reasonably clean criminal record (cleaner the better) average physical strength and edurance levels and average intelligence you should have absolutely no problems whatsoever.

PMC will be the future of all military action with in i would say 5-10 years governments are going to whant to see progress and with a conventional army progress takes years if PMC's were the only military type people in Iraq the war would have been over in less then 2 years tops. true true,but ive alrady served,and i got tired of watching 18 year old kids all day long almost getting there head blown off,in the army we only get 120 rounds of ammo on us,thats mags included(it might of gone up though since more of us are coming home) but if i was ever considering going back,first thing i'd do is bring my SR-24 and go sign on with people of my Caliber.The thing that people dont understand is that the US Soldier makes about 30 grand a year,blackwater mercs make about 160K.

no,you use either a M14 M4 or M2349,thats it. But if ur a merc a "defense Contractor" you use whatever loadout you want,as long as it doesnt endanger the mission your currently on like lets say your on a low profile mission and trying to blend in with a crowd getting a US embassy ambassador from point a to point b,they wouldnt let your bring a M249 Saw,but you could bring something like a Mp5 or SCAR with a silencer. do you understand?

that figure (160k) is slightly distorted, because that is an average of standard contractors and high ranking executives. the ACTUAL salaray of a standard contractor is closer to 70k, but they do not get any health benefits and often have to pay for supplies. plus Army soldiers can earn medals, (supposedly) pensions, etc. that mercaneries do not get.

@BoyofthePonte USED to need SF experience. Now because of competition from Dyncorp etc most companies will take any cowboy that has been deployed. I know a guy I used to serve with who was a trooper in 2nd/14th Light Horse, only did peace keeping in the Solomans and now gets paid a ton of money by Blackwater in Africa.
