The melody is produced by the Tesla coils shooting arcs of electricity in time with the rhythm, modulated to the desired frequency of the sound to be produced, hence, the coils are making the "buzzing" sound. Arcattack has a "robotic" drummer that produces the drums and bass. At 1:30 and 2:49 the coils' part is very distinct.
