Prior this scene, Jess and Luke fight. Luke learns Jess won´t graduate then Jess yaps his old routine ending with he will not repeat the 12th grade. Luke slams some good old sense into him and kick´s him out, great scene !

@masondarko That's very true, like the episode before this he doesn't talk to Rory about not going to prom and not graduating. Instead he just snaps at her over something else. It's hard to have a relationship with people when they don't talk to you about anything or communicate clearly.
