I am no linguist, so I cannot say for sure what language this is. However, I know from interviews and Selah's CD insert writings, Todd & Nicol grew up in the Congo and Zaire regions of Africa as missionaries' kids and they mention many of Selah's songs being in the Kituba language.

@mccjmj its lingala from the Democratic Republic of Congo (Zaire) and the second verse is Kikongo also from DRC
