-MERS is a criminal operation, but also- 'speculators' "flipping-houses" in a frenzy were a huge part of problem (-should have been required to pay 50%-Dwn.Pmt.), -their greed drove-up prices, causing legitimate house-buyers (sole-property live-in) to pay an artificially inflated-price! Thus, Foreclosure-court Judges need take far more lenient view of legitimate Sole/home-buyers that paid a substantial down-payment, but became impacted by downturn of the economy and resulting loss of income..!!

Then the vultures, carpet bagger attorneys (agents of the court) pretend to be trustees of the trust at the same time bringing a foreclosure (advise-rial to the trust and grantor, you), having no standing, creating fraudulent documents, signatures, copies etc. to create the illusion that they represent the "pretender lender" - fictional Note holder that can't produce the original Note, to steal peoples homes!The Judges get paid and are too lazy to study. Off with their heads as one person said.

A scam from the get go as it turns out. This will be hard for people to grasp but not only was there never a loan but you actually paid for it your self three times. First with the application for credit which the banks (as your agent) got and deposited (without your knowledge or use) Then cashed the Note (pay to the Order of) and then sold Deed who knows how many times, collected insurance up to 13X and sold short in the market 56X and then collected on the bailout. Obama is wrong about "borrowers at fault." Yes, the Pres is right about tjose borrowers who used their homes as ATM(cash machines) to fund new purchases. A lot of borrowers submitted their income and did not cash-out the equity in their home, they didn't need to because the lender did it for them by issuing fraudulent appraisals in the first place.
