im 17 and im about 175 cm and i weigh 80 kilos, i have my formal in about 6 months but i need to order my dress in about 4 months, i want to be about 60 kilos to fit into a size 12 * im a 16 in the dess i want now*, is it possible if i keep doing intse exersize??
@jadehayyy of course it is possible. Make sure to keep changing your execises, so your body doesn't become used to doing the same thing, and then your weight loss slows down or stops. More than your weight though start measuring yourself. If you can find it here on Youtube 'The Trainers Edge: Killer Abs and Back' or are able to rent it, this is the one workout that helped me drop my stomach and waste the quickest, and the workout doesn't require too much co-ordination.
Glad you tried it! They are suppose to make you tired! If you don't have a ball try putting your feet on a bench at the gym or even the couch at your house or foot rest - that would work for you too! Keep working hard!
@Shareallicu3 I haven't done it again since 2 years ago hahah, but it's a great exercise with many benefits my phy. ed. teacher said. It's great for the abs, legs, and I forgot what else...I think and backs. TY for asking, I'm going to rewatch this video now(!) I completely forgot, I'm going to try these exercises again:)
I do 50 sit-ups a day
20 pushups
and dance allot
but it's just the lower part of my tummy that bothers me :(
but for what I said I do that helps allot for me so you guys can try that
