it seems as though his upper half opens a bit early he may be able to have more power to the right side if he stays closed a bit longer
but for a kid so young i'm guessing hes one of the best also his pivot is sort of weak try a wider stance towards the pitcher or a closer one then striding farther which will generate more power but may lose a little contact which was not the case for me but it may be possible
