@xXKrajisnikXx awesome! are u careful with the burn in thing? i mean, u watch the TV logos and game stuff like scores, logo etc or do u ZOOM IN so that all these wont appear.. at least for the first 200 hours? I heared its better to do this for plasma TVs... although VT30 IS the best TV ever made :)

Just taken delivery of a 42" VT30 it is simply awsome!!

I also returned my Samsung 8000 series as the picture was to bright and overexposed with poor white and black level. This Panny is the KING.

Nice tv, but I bet you have 100 customers come in and look at the D8000 for the same price with it being the second thinnest tv in the World, and the awesome blue tooth qwerty keyboard remote and I bet 9 out of 10 of em would rather have the D8000. Also the remote is so plain jane on the panasonic, it is almost sad.

@johnomac117 plain jane? compared to the cheap and plastic Samsung remote lol, anyway who looks at the remote anyway while they are watching a tv? I would take the reference blacks levels and quality design over the super thin shiny bezel, banding, edge bleed, clouding, blue blacks, bad viewing angle of the Samsung led tv which isnt even an led its just an lcd with leds around the edge of the screen. lol rant over

Just picked mine up today! Got the 55" and it looks amazing. I had the Samsung UN55D7000 and took it back because of it's panel lighting inconsistencies. Luckily this tv had just came off the truck this morning and I was able to get it. Two thumbs up!!

@MusicGamesDVD The 5090 is an excellent set, one of the best in fact- but can you really say the picture is better than the VT30 having only seen it? Surely you spent time setting up the picture to your taste in your own home on your 5090 and wouldn't have had the opportunity to do this on a demo VT30...
