Way better than the original. Varg himself said that this song and all the other from 'Daudi Baldrs' and 'Hliðskjálf' were suppost to be Black Metal songs but being an inmate he wasn't allowed to use an electric guitar and I remember reading somewhere that he had heard this version or another version of the song and said it was way better.
