  • The trick to get Sick-pack, isnt to repeat doing situps etc, Do situps with weights, Then your muscle mass will get larger, Which means, More muscles.

  • It's not too hard to get 1000 a day, just extreme concentration, all about will, mental and physique abillity, you got them three it's a major key to doing this.

  • A guy in that physical shape could not do 714 sit-ups a day or 1428 every second day (1 day rest) without having extreme muscle soreness which would incapacitate his ability to continue doing sit ups. Plus you don't lose fat that quick.

    This might be possible with a strict no carbohydrate diet and 14 hours a day of cardio + sit up,. I dono if you would get extremely sick or wat, but if not, you would have to be the most motivated person in the world.

    Excersise science isn't all that complicated.

  • Lol this is funny, to get abs you need to have a very low % of body fat. There are people with a lot of fat but strong abs out there, eg. linemen in american football but you dont see many of them with abs.

  • you realise for this to work you would have to do aprox 715 situps each day this prob took u around 2 months

    then 167 a day make's a litlle sense better yet 3 months

    with only 112 a day so 14 days to do what would normally take 3 months im sorry ur lieing the transformation might be real but the date isnt

  • @ohnoboohoo i did at least 500 sit ups just the other night or so and i had NO ABS,i swear,and i looked in the mirror and had a 4 pack,line and all,do different types of sit ups and u will get it

  • @ohnoboohoo if u have ever done a situp in ur life u would realize they arent all that hard and it is possible to do 715 with breaks inbetween so stfu with all of ur calculations

  • @D3mB0iz well you obviously don't do them correct. you have to maximise your tension. and not just jump upwards... well with that you can do 10k in 2 weeks maybe. but the video is too hilarious... no one can believe this. hair removed more muscles on arm. overall more beautiful and the skin is without overlapping skin from the fat stomach too..
