For all the ladies complaining of ingrown hair and folliculitis, please try Tend Skin. It really works on hair bumps. The only time it does not work is when I'm having my menstruation. So try not to remove hair during your period.
I'm the whitest girl you will ever see--like, my skin is translucent I'm so pale, but I don't have freckles. I've also got naturally dark ashy brown hair and I got my hairiness from my dad who is hairy everywhere I am. My arm hairs are 3/4 of an inch long and my facial hair/neck/jaw hair is at least an inch long. I wax my own face with a homemade sugar wax, but what should I do about my arms? Should I wax those to? I'm a broke college student and I need a cheap fix from the drugstore. Thanks! :)
I went from once upon a time having flawless skin having kids has wrecked my face and now.....my face is torturing me. I have horrible deep breakouts. and thick stubbily chin hair that causes terribly ugly ingrown hairs. I tried vaniqa which I hated because it burned and of course I ended up with folliculitis. electrolysis works it's just time consuming and I have no time..Now I'm just driven crazy tweezing because I cant find the time to drive hours to the nearest city for anything. :(
Hi, I'm 14 ( a girl) and I have dark facial hair, but I also have like pubic hair on my belly. Just around my belly there are hairs that are about and inch long and black then around that and up I have short dark hairs. I really don't know what to do because of my age- I can't really buy expensive stuff. Any suggestions?
@corgiluver26 Me too!! But Im only 11 and Im a girl and I have on my belly too. Get Olay Facial Remover Duo, it cost $20 at Walgreens but it works really well!
vaniqa is only that cheap if your insurance is paying a portion of it, otherwise its TWICE THAT + the cost of the doctors visit, which you also didn't mention.
I av facial hair like my mom and when i tweeze them i get ingrown hair which eventual turns in spots. Is vaniqua a prescribe cream if not where can i purchase it? i also use st. ives for a few years now but not regularly. So i started using more now and lemon juice as well. Now my face looks really fresh.
@kimoni6 Yes, Vaniqa is a prescription cream. It works, but once you stop using it the hair returns. You are right on with the lemon juice. My girlfriend's face was so radiant and bright, and she told me that she rubbed lemons on her face every night!!
I am at my wits ends with my chin and jaw ad neck hairs!! thanks for the vid, I tried laser hair removal and got terrible burns even though i did my research and my doc said it was the correct laser for people of color...I did nto know cysts could cause the hair growth could hormones help to correct this? i will also look into the Vaniqa, thanks for all the info...BTW what do you use to exfoliate, body and facial?
@sexysamantha420 Trust me I know how you're feeling. Actually, I'm currently using St. Ives facial scrub from the drugstore, but I suggest you look for one that works for you. Vaniqa is VERY effective but once you stop using it the hair will return. Yes, google polycystic ovarian syndrome and facial hair growth. Good luck and keep me posted.
@CheriLasha yes they did but with time and fade cream they are gone but new scars appear from the ingrown hairs that i keep getting...honestly the hair wouldnt bother me if it didnt leave these terrible dark spots
@TIkesha Thanks, I freakin' love them!! I actually found them in a boutique in D.C. I couldn't decide between the black pair and the white so I decided to get both. I would of been sick if I left without buying them. lol
hahah "thanks dad!" .... im glad i have thin hair all over my body so you can't notice it. sometimes i don't need to shave my legs because you can't see the hair.. plus i get so lazy i can't be bothered shaving sometimes.... til the boyfriend comes over hahaha i zoom straight to the bathroom ! lol !!
@AlluringScorpio11 Smoking can contribute to excessive hair growth in women especially if you start at a young age. Inbox me anytime if you have any questions about anything.
@UniqueEverlasting Thanx for the complement. My secret weapon for great skin is exfoliating and steam. I had to upload this video again late last night, but I would love more views.
Very informative. Yes, laser hair removal is a great investment. I had some stubborn hairs removed from my chin. The technician informed me that the laser will not work on gray hairs... so do it while the hair is dark!
@heidib444 Thank you! I wasn't aware that it doesn't work on gray hairs. Actually, you have a point because the lasers are attracted to the pigment in the hair.
you have the same voice as adrienne bailon :)

I really enjoyed you're video :)
I do have one question though..
I have a sister & she is 12, she has more facial hair than others & she gets teased at school
What is the best way to help get rid of it or stop from growing.
She doesn't want my mom to know because she will make a big deal & go to the school?
Thank you :)
