I started pole dancing at 17yo and wish I started sooner... pole dancing is an amazing way to get into shape, strengthen and tone your body.

I hated exercizing but this made me feel fantastic! It builds confidence in yourself, you're working EVERY part of your body at the same time - it doesn't feel like you're exercising at all!

@xoxkissesnhugsxox Heya, I would say 15 is too young, I mean good for you for wanting to exercise but there's so much negativity attached to pole dancing you have to be mentally capable of coping with it, and although you think you may be right now, believe me your not, it's not nice to be called a s*** wh*** ect on a daily basis. I would advise you try gymnastics,

@kaldoreisss I find I stretch before and after this helps your flexibility day to day. You can work on flexibility first if you want to, everyone's different. Also some people work on there arm strength before hand with push ups and tricep dips. I stretch 1-2 times a day and work on my arms but I pole dance 3-4 times a week.
