  • ok looking at this what do i do i want to run 24v bank and charge at 12v what do i need and how to hook up thanks.

  • IF There Is A Better Way Than This Please Let Me Know, I Did Have All This Using Relays But When There Was No Wind The Relays That Were Energied Would Slowly Run Down The 12 Volt Side Battery Bank.

  • Thanks so much! This is the answer I've been seeking for a long time! I knew there had to be a way to charge during lower winds. I knew the lower voltage would be able to charge a 6v battery, but never knew about a "transfer switch". I figured one would have to disconnect the cables from the terminals each time to charge, (which would be a real pain) and then reconnect them to make 12v again. Now I just have to get me some 6v batteries and a transfer switch! LOL :(
