I have a ten gallon with a hang-on filter with a biofiber, but my water is still kind of foggy. Would you reccomend a small, say 1,2, mabey 5 gallon undergravel? or another kind? Please respond.

@ben191209 I do not have any experience with under gravel filters but what I would recommend is 1 of two options a) buy some microfiber filter media and add it to your filter b) do a a larger water change then usual and if that doesn't help you might want to look into a larger filter but**** i must add that a larger aquarium is easier to take care of than a 10 g since them more water you have the more stable the aquarium tends to be... so u might want to look into that... hope that helps :)

they r live plants but i do give a lot of c02 into my aquarium.

so that compensates for any lost c02

AweSomo84, does all pvc leak toxic stuff? cause all ive ever seen people use is pvc. i found some pvc thats supposed to be safe for drinking water. i wonder if that stuff will be ok. surely if its safe for humans its safe for fish.

Hey Man ,

That looks excellent BUT I don't want to be a pain in the .... BUT PVC leak toxic in the water.

This doesn't mean that your fish will die immediately but there life spand will be shortened

i havent notice a change in my fish's health or activity. they seem perfectly fine. but i do use ro water so that might help with reducing toxicity and if u r going us pvc i suggest u to run your system for about a week before u put any thing in there

It's NOT A WET / DRY It's a Sump filter. It's only a Wet/Dry if it's bioballs are above the water. DUH
