Yes you can substitute with oil of canola. Canola is like colza apparently, I read this inWikipedia : "In Canada, spring rape which erucic acid was lowered by genetic selection was renamed canola [1]. Since then the European varieties have also seen their erucic acid drop, rapeseed and canola are almost identical."
