Here's how you beat this bastard. Do a flying cross when he spins at you quickly. Sometimes it will do damage to him but it will never hurt you. Right after doing this use the "forward,X,X" on him and this will insure you get two good hits in + some distance before he tries his next move (usually some ass bag combo that hurts like hell if you don't jump out of the way). Otherwise just learn to dodge everything he throws at you and repeat the attack whenever possible.

i just gotta say that this is by far the most unsatisfying ending for a friggin' awesome game of all time. I worked my ass of in the original game just to see Ryu turn into a bird and fly away when Rachel obviously wants some ninja sex. Even disregarding that element, it wasn't even that cinematic.
