I seriously doubt there will be a Buffy movie made. Well aside from the original, but I digress. As much as I'd like to see i, I think the series ended the way that it needed to. Or at the very least with the dignity that Joss wanted it to retain, and not bow down to what the WB wanted him to do. At least that was the case with Angel. Another great show that got axed due to small minded execs.

Nicholas Brendon, who played Xander in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, has been speaking with TV Guide about the possibility of creating a movie based on the series.

"We've talked about it. I'm sure if it happens, it'd be in a couple of years." says Brendon. "If we do the Buffy film, I'm gonna be wearing an eye patch. Let's not have Willow just fix it [with magic]. Let's do the patch," referring to his eye accident in the TV series.

Asked if the cast members had signed on the dotted lines for the movie, he said. "No, no, no. Joss just always wanted to make the movie. We've only been off the air seven months, so we're just trying to catch our breath."
