@316shashank the camera man is still there to put it out and either way the fire would just smoke a bunch and then go out, it's also surrounded by stone which, obviously, won't catch fire
I am from Guatemala. As a kid me and my friend would search for bugs like the one he ate first and have them as pets or toys "he ate my bug!" hahaha
The volcano he landed to it is called "Pacaya" there is a little village right next to it.He didn't have to go down the other way. Also the waterfall is far away from the volcano, the place it is called "grutas de san pedro". I do not recognize the cave.
There are no Jaguars in the central area of Guatemala, only the north in Petén.

If the river he crossed is the cahabon river as someone sugested, then that part was filmed about 100 miles from pacaya.
Most ruins have been discovered and they are national parks. You can see how well the ruins he showed are well taken care off and clean. The sorrunding landscape is also treated. There is always a village near any ruins like that.
So, from south of Guatemala city at the volcano, he started going north through rivers, caves, jungle and finally ruins. No way he traveled all that (about 300 miles) such a short time (2 days) and without encountering a village, town or city.
I still like the show, but after this episode I understood it is all a set up.
@todoutah Actually he stays for a week or so. and of course theres some set up. He can only control so much! He cant control the weather, the animals, and unexpected hapennings. But he knows where he's going and maybe whos gonna rescue him. He still does everything he shows.
Man vs wild is not fake who ever says is fake must not think before they speak or they wouldnt have said the stupidest comment ever how can it be fake if Bear Grills travels the world if whom ever thinks its fake why dont you try his adventures and see if its fake then you will think twice before opening your mouth. Bear Grills is awesome person to do all this.
3:28 It looks like theirs a crow in a dress shirt and if you look real close, and you have a creative mind thiers a face of a man or a demond... maby its the yeti?
