She's HUGE! What a beautiful snake, I love the whole neck looking around, after I get back from basic training I'm getting myself a boa, I love my bearded dragon too. Reptiles are amazing, thinking of also getting a emp scorpion.
@punkmonkey61 Burmese are cool but I hear they're hard to handle if uve only had one snake before. I do love my red tails though! They can get up to about 9 feet, almost as long as the Burmese and they are much less aggressive in general.
I have a ball python and am planning to get a couple more. Do you think i will be ready for a burm or should i get a smaller snake like a blood python or red tail
@dejackal01 nope! i used to think she might be but after doing lots of research ive come to the conclusion that shes just a pretty normal. kinda like the pastel boa constrictors, how they are just selectively bred to be light and brighter than they would normally have been with out selective breeding. =]
@jeffevens13 cool ! she's absolutely gorgeous, im getting a hypo burm in the next few weeks, they are 2 weeks from hatching .. can't wait ! thanks for the reply dude and well done
Is it safe to let her on the grass? I mean I know people say you can, but can't they get diseases? Also, does anyone have any more information on the Ohio "Dangerous" Animal Ban? Because I'm really concerned since I want to have large snakes and Servals and at this rate I'm afraid I won't be able to have them in Pennsylvania.
hey awsome burm, id like to get a burmese pyhton and iv done my reachurch and if i get one it will be my first "big" snake. i was wondering if you ever have time if you could do a instructional care video of you burmese python and the pros and cons of getting one. thank you
@TheDayWeAwake ball python, corn snake, cal king snake, milk snake, even red tail boas or carpet pythons if you want and are ready to care for a bigger snake. there are tons of great beginner snakes tho so do your research and make sure you get one youl be happy with =]
@TheDayWeAwake I think ball pythons are great, I just got my first snake(ball python) about a month and a halfish and she's great!! Just google/youtube how to care for ball pythons and you'll find everything you need to know.
@TheDayWeAwake a great beginner snake would be a milk snake they are absolutely beatiful and are very tame and easy to care for after having it for 5 months get a anaconda or python but at a small size. venoms are fun 2 but not cobras out of all the snakes i have ever kept including cobras copper heads rattle snake pythons boas and anacondas the best and most beautiful snake is a puff adder if you have a hook its close to impossible to get bit im only 15 bro they are amazing check my channel
Aww, hehe. This is so funny and cute. I love when she's cruising around with her neck stretched out. Going somewhere she hasn't been is probably good brain stimulation.
@ARSA525 well nessy took a wile to grow this big because of heath problems when i got her. she was a rescue but if you get a healthy baby and feed it well, it should actually be about 6-7 feet in the first year. so be ready for a big snake =]
@jeffevens13 Thanks for info. Nessie is a beautiful snake. You have taken care of her really well. By the way, could you do an update video of your green anacondas? I would like to see them again.
@ARSA525 thank you and yes. i actually have a short video of me handling the female green anaconda with sarah. we actually filmed it right after this video! lol i will be uploading it soon, probably as my next video =]
@jeffevens13 Where did you buy your green anacondas? And how much did they cost to you? I have seen them in General Exotics. Did you buy them from there?
SO Totally Cool Of You!!!!!! I have the MOST respect for people that allow their snakes outdoors for some freedom to smell all the new smells and get the opportunity to become familiar with a world outside their enclosures. Excellent looking Burmese she is stunning and great video!!!! Many thumbs up!!!!!! This is a great way to help educate the public that is so leery and misinformed about snakes :O)
the cool thing is with her light colors if you ever have to sell her you can sell her as a hypo and make tons of money!! lol but if yer an honest person?.......fuck that breedable hypos sell for shitloads!!
@ballpython12001 just because there is more room for her to move around. when ever i have out in my front yard i have to always move her back because shes so big.
@jeffevens13 well i think its illegal to walk your dog without a leash.... well idk lmao but someone told me that you can get reported for having a big snake in public but whatevers lol shes beautiful! good job =)
@CorbinAndDakotah ya i bring her all the time! never had a problem. i actually get more positive responses than negative. the only way i could see myself having any problems is if there were no pet sings there.
@jeffevens13 sweet could u check my corn and come up with a name suggestion im realy struggling with his naming haha and i will also post a feeding vid of him later today
