It's a great little clip but what does a submarine in a bathtub have to do with investment? The trouble with this commercial is that after its done you will remember the high action scene and remember the bathtub twist and remember that it had something to do with investment but chances are you won't remember who was actually advertising because there is no real connection.
As a retired video producer, I appreciate well produced commercial that 1) Grabs and holds view attention and 2) clever reveal to investment firm, 3) Rich visual production elements that survive repeatability without annoyance and 4) A clean and effective logo (who doesn't recognize spiders!)
Harkens back to the great commercials of the late '70 produced by Joe Sedelmaier ("Where's the Beef" and Hugh's Air West.)
Nice commercial but thank god they are not promoting my product. Some wild cinematic ad that IMO does not make it's point. Turn down the volume, watch it, and tell me afterwards if you'd buy this product.
Some REALLY HOT manly men in this commercial! Yum!

I simply love this commercial. It reminds me of my own childhood memories and how I use to play in the bathtub with my toys. Silly but still cool.

I liked this idea better when we did it seven years ago for The Spongebob Squarepants movie.
