  • @rulogiu He said that he added a sprinkle of sea salt between 1.58 and 2.04; if we can't see it, it's probably because of how small salt crystals are and the camera isn't zoomed in enough.

  • @TheNoobkiller2011 Actually, Vegetarianism only excludes red meat, poultry, seafood, and things of the like. Vegetarians can still eat eggs along with dairy products. However, Vegans don't eat the foods previous stated as well as anything that comes from an animal (eggs and dairy).

  • I just make scrambled eggs with the extra ingredients in it. That way I know the egg is really cooked, I can't see myself putting raw egg underneath with a spatula.

  • @leifey The pan hes using looks to be of good quality with a well polished surface. If you don't have high quality pans like he does then just use non stick.

  • @inept0 That's probably it. And I pretty much always use nonstick since my stainless steel is only good for browning meat.

  • I'm not a cook and I just made this. It wasn't as thin as shown but maybe my pan is smaller and I should have used only 1 egg (or whisked it less vigorously?). I used goat cheese already seasoned with tomato and basil. YUM! My husband was *shocked* by how good it tasted. :)

  • dont push cooked egg in the middle because it will become soft and the shell will crack and egg wont cook. just let it cook on both sides and then flip it on both sides and then fold it put hot sauce and cheee awome my dad works in a resturant he does the egg cooked in the middle trick i dnt ps im black ;}

  • This is the best omelette I've seen on youtube so far. Everyone else makes these thick poofy messes, where it burns on the bottom by the time the eggs cook through. Or they make a scramble and call it an omelette. I prefer my omelettes like this, but I use more filling, usually Denver style with sauteed ham, onions, bell pepper, and mushroom.

  • I used the same technique used to cook the egg, but I switched the ingredients around.

    I changed the cheese to cheddar and the chives to green onions (I'm not old enough to drive out and get the ingredients, so I just used what was available) and this still worked great!

    i used cheddar ( i diced/crumbled it) and i also used spring onions.

    haha!

    it tasted good. maybe next time i can find that goat cheese and chives.

  • Just cooked it. It turned out fairly well, few things to know though. His stainless steel pan heats quickly, so unless the pan you are using is thin (mine wasn't) heat the pan a bit before putting the egg in it. Also go easy on the salt. Between the salt and the cheese it's easy to get carried away.
