A correct application of this logic would be, if she didn't accept the debates just before elections, THAT WOULD be a risky move. The big debates that are nationally covered are the ones she needs to actually prepare and go to. She doesn't have to accept those either if she is afraid of losing, however not showing up WOULD be a detriment to her campaign. Smaller debates, not widely covered, are only a lose- lose situation.

She might wanna invest time in online forum debating before dueling anyone. I think a high school education level of politics is pretty fail plus you don't learn anything about the other sides of politics in high school anyway. The main thing people have to understand is that politicians often give and take. Sometimes it may be unconstitutional but at the same time also non-zero sum.

Bachmann said that the Shot Heard 'Round the World was in New Hampshire (no Michelle, it was in the Concord that is in Massachusetts). That is information I learned in the 3rd grade. Shouldn't every US Representative know facts like that? Shouldn't every college grad? Shouldn't every high school grad? Where is the Liberty Bell, Michelle? Someone should ask her what state Wash. @MyLocalman So, you're saying that a Governor or any elected official doesn't need to know about the Constitution and the frame work of rules and laws that they will be guided by and work within? To follow the rule of law, it is important to know the rule of law. For those that see the Constitution as a 'suggestion' or 'inconvenience', I can totally see why such people would believe it unimportant to know the rule of law and the statutes guiding their office.
