They offered him a bullshit contract extension(around 4k per fight and 4k per win) and he declined it. Even after he lost to Joe Riggs and had the hospital bout, he CAME BACK to the UFC for 2 fights and won them, so the last 2 fights he had in the UFC he actually won. He's the WW champ of SF, he has the right to call out GSP.
