Dragon Age Origins WTF

When I was fighting an ogre and it did the overdramatic killing thing and I was like 5 meters away from it and blood spurted out of the ground :/

My game glitches I had done the broken circle quest and I talked to wynne she said come on their are still abominations around here and I appeared back in the tower

my game glitched (pc) during the tower of ishal when i fought the ogre. my main character did the really fancy slow motion kill, right, but he seemed to just to the far right of him, and the ogre was "laying flat on the ground" at a 45* angle, feet on the ground, not in it. it was really weird. then i walked toward it and i walked up it, at a 45* angle. it was pretty funny

this happened to me on the ps3, alistair and zevran walked and talked with their arms spread out, it was hard to take alistair seriously when i was romancing with him. xd

I encountered a glitch similar to this on the PS3 version. It's when you let Jowan cast the ritual to enter the fade and free Connor from the demon. What happened to me was the sequence would play out, then repeat with the character models standing perfectly still throughout the whole thing.

i play it on xbox and its not glitchy at all for me its never glitched or froze yet

I love this game completed it once, one or two glitches. But now im trying to complete on the noble human theres LOADS of glitches.. On ps3 by the way..

I wish I had the pc version.... The xbox version is so damn glitchy, some of the secnes don't even have any sound still a great game tho.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's glitchy on the Xbox. You need a pretty damn good computer to run this game, I have a Core i7 with 6GB of RAM and Dragon Age uses over 1 GB of RAM while I'm playing. The Xbox or the PS3 for that matter doesn't have the power for a game of this scale so they have to really really scale it down and even then you have problems with glitches and stuff so. If you just have a regular computer don't even try to buy it because it will rape your weak machine.

I've got this for my PS3 and haven't had any of the issues that you're boasting it should have. From what I can tell from reviews and such, the only thing that is changed between the PC and console versions is the control system. So your opinion equals fail.

The exact same thing happened to me on the 360. At first I couldn't select any dialogue, until I pressed start, then I could select like normal but I had to watch the awkward cutscene. If you let her go, she even walks away in that position.

Well i have never had an error like this but iv had several Texture errors usually fixed by reloading the game (im playing on PC) like in the red cliff town all the buildings interiors were completely black except for furniture but reloading the game fixed that and it just seemed like the longer i played the more popped up but if i reloaded they went away and it ran fine for a while.....idk could be my graphics card or game glitch idk yet

We just experienced this same glitch while playing DAO on our XBox, to which we posted a comparison of glitched/unglitched scenes.

PC allows custom made content and RTS top down like view for tactical use as well has higher textures the game is more PCU demanding then graphics.

360 and ps3 versions do not compare to the PC version. Cannot stress that enough.

The game was also dumbed down quite a bit, creating a more action based games versus the more tactical approach on the PC.

in one of the towns this kid had no running animation so he was frozen mid running so it was like he was skating around XD
