  • hey your accounts are the closest I've come to my own, kudos

  • Sorry meant to say and I breathed for her...

  • Absolutely loved your cat and you are a natural in front of the camera. I think I used to do a bit of flying when I was a kid now that you say it. Last few years I've had sleep paralysis which is as near to being possessed as you can get, very cool but very frightening. Last time a lady popped in (to my body!) and breathed for her. I'm not sure if I would want to do this again! I'd much prefer an OBE : )

  • I can't imagine living as you. It's just sad to hear this. I never experienced this, but I feel sorry for you that you have to go throgh that shit some nights. But keep up the GREAT videos! :D

  • @assfailure123 really it's actually an awesome experience once you know what it's all about. the fear goes away and you can have an awesome time!it's not like I have this all the time but whn I do I try and see how far I can get. usually I don't get too far. I've also figured out how to fly in these experiences. it's really liberating even if it only lasts a minute or so.

  • 98 percent of these cases can be cured , simply by cutting out salt intake , Many people think they are paralysed but in fact their bodies are a sleep , Its their spiritual eye thats open and seeing things ! people will understand this if they just record themselfs when they are asleep

  • holy shit! i never knew other people had experiences like this! i've floated around my basement before. it was the weirdest fucking thing that's ever happened

  • @TechTalker34 it can be extremely startling, but if you can work past the fear you can have a cool experience

  • I believe you 100%!!!!!!

  • what i mean is when you get out of the house and are, in fact, hallucinating but at the same time fully conscious and able to appreciate every aspect of your environment as if you were actually physically present, this would imply that your brain is capable of constructing these impressions merely by remembering them. which, in turn, might be a demonstration of the incredible depths of unconscious memory of sensory experience. i must say i find this phenomenon highly intriguing.

  • extremely interesting phenomenon, really! i only just stumbled across it today but for now it seems to me that many incidents where people were able to turn the experience into a neutral or positive one like you, seemed to involve out of body experiences. my take on this is a scientific one, and what's fascinating about that is that for you to have these conscious experiences, your brain must have stored vast amounts of extremely accurate memories. it's hard to imagine how that is done.

  • @ShowtekGER well I tend to take a more spiritual take on this due to the fact that many people during OBE's have described things or places they had no way of knowing and then are able to varify them later in real life. can't really explain that away scientifically

  • @HappyTheHomo45 science has historically solved such mysteries. i can spontaneously propose that an individual constructing such physical realities during an OBE has an unconscious remembrance of them (i.e., contrary to his beliefs he has been there before) or his perception of recognition of certain areas might be a false interpretation (i.e., the recognition is imagined).

by the way, i don't think that by science providing coherent answers the spiritual perspective is negated.

  • Hey coolbluelights, have u ever tried to induce sleep paralyses to get it more frequently? If not then i suggest you try this method: Eat dinner at 6pm, then go to sleep at 10pm, set your alarm clock to 1:00-1:30am then wake up at this time for 2 hours, then go back to sleep but keep your body perfectly still. It has a 80% work rate with me anytime i feel like going to the different realms / astral worlds. Msg me back if it works ;)

  • @040704679 cool i'll try that, I usually wake up around 1-2am naturally anyway and then go back to sleep so we'll see

  • @040704679 omg, that EXACT thing happened to me :O

    but it was totally unplanned?!?!

  • I had what I think my first sleep paralysis experience this morning. I was dreaming. I started to wake up when I was aware I was dreaming(actually I think I was trying to take control of my dream). Then I saw a kinda flash of light followed by ears ringing and tingling throughout my body. I tried to pull myself out of it and wake up completely but I couldn't. My wife then shook me awake because I was shaking and breathing heavily. Does that sound like sleep paralysis?

  • If you have OBEs frequently, it might be a good thing to try to do some experiments. For example, every night before you go to sleep, take one card out of deck of cards without looking at it and put it face up somewhere where you can't see it from bed, or put it in another room. When you are experiencing an OBE, if you can, go and see which card is it and try to remember. When you wake up, go and check if it's the same card.

  • I like sleep paralysis because I am very lonely in my apartment, and I recently met a lady named Kathy in my sleep paralysis OBE. I don't know if she is real or not but she seems pretty cool. I think she wanted me to shut the toilet seat lid though so I did that.

  • any1 distracted by that cats tail

  • @coolbluelights the problem is that seems that "they" bring me to the astral plane (like the last night).

  • I cant start an astral travel, too afraid to be abducted.

  • @JohnWhitesideParsons your astral body can't be abducted, but if you're worried about your physical body getting abducted while you're out.. hmmm... Get right with God that's all I can say

  • LOL!!

    take seven -_-

    ..purr? :3

    NO!

  • @MortieTheDoomed xD that's my favorite part!

  • I hate sleep paralysis, I have been getting them alot lately, I dont know whats the matter with me, I think its b/c I have been staying up lately and not eating right. I am a college student so....

Please share your stories of sleep paralysis for me on my page, I would love to hear about your experiences.

  • Has someone ever came into the room while this happened? And if this was happening, did the presence of someone else in the family or someone else, make the OBE/SP experience stop?

  • @TheCasu305 nope that's never happened, one time right after returning from one my cat jumped on the bed though

  • I just watched some video and it explains that this could lead to deamons attacking you if you happen to be out and a deamon is present...What do you think?

  • @greyndog1 well if you see a demon all you have to do is cast him out in the name of Jesus

  • @greyndog1 I think your an idiot, put the bible down and read a science book you myopic moron

  • well why don't you try to confirm it? you should like you know look at something in your moms closet and see if it's still there when you wake up

  • I placed a tarnished penny on top of my door without lookin at it , so next time i have an OBE im plannig 2 carefully observe it while i'm floating out of my room, just 2 see if it real when im back in my body. I know im fully Consciously awake &everthing else feels/looks /colors/floating sensation tells me its real. Its not a lucid dream, i know how 2 tell da difference...

  • Never hear sounds, but I do go flying 2 many places, visited my sister and my dead friend & family its alway a beautiful day and colors are like u said. NeXT time i'll try 2 go 2 other worlds/dimensión..But like most people i can only do it during SP. The trick is not 2 pánic & just go with it

  • he has a penis exactly like a tabby cats tail :D :D :D

  • Its called "astral projection" There are ways you can induce this purposely, which ive tried, been close, but had no success yet.Although i once did it by accident

I once came out of a dream, like yourself.my room was illuminated with this creepy whitish-blue colour, and i quickly sat up because some creature floated in to my room. i punched it,then it disappeared.thats basicall all i remember.Ive never done LSD,but all i could think about the experience was that it was like a "bad acid trip"

  • dude, 5 minutes is a LONG time for an OBE. Sometimes we tend to exaggerate time on things that happened to us that we were so involved in.

  • @DreamerWolf0 Of course it's possible to break out of sleep paralysis. It's very hard, but it's possible. Whoever started that rumour that one just has to wait it out has obviously never experienced this for themselves. I nearly sliped under this myself the night before last and got really scared so I too tried to move around until I snapped out of it. I would like to let it take over fully next time though, but my intense fear just keeps getting in the way. I'll get it next time hopefully. ;-)

  • Oh shit. Not again. Let me guess, you started having this around the time you bought that "refrigerator". Well let me tell you my friend that's not a refigerator, that's Dr. Robotnik's Pingas Machine desguised as one. You better get rid of it fast or it'll really start screwing with your brain. ;-)

  • just be happy you dont see evil things like i do in sleep paralysis

  • during Sleep Paralysis have you ever try to arch your back? when I wake up during rem sleep and try to arch my back it gets me out of it. its worth to try and let me know if it works.

  • you are lucky, go can go out of your body. Whenever it happens to me only my mind goes out of my body or whatever.I kinda have the same thing just not as much.

  • ii beleive you since I had the same thing happen to me....I am Chinese and have a different culture ...but it is creepy that you describe exactly what I've went through.

  • Listen to this guy, he's on the level and funny Rich2150x

  • @coolbluelights For the 1st time ever I had some good results the other nite I nearly had an outer body experience when I went to bed, had a ray of lite from my head lite up & my pelvis was glowing but I was stuck, every cell in me vibrated with energy, amazing

However, the next nite I did not like, had this horrorible chatting noses in the crown of my head, it was like an electrical storm, had to pull myself out of it.

  • @Yanco888 I usually try to get as far as I can and end up going back automatically

  • @Yanco888 I have had several experiences with sleep paralysis. Each began with the buzzing. I thought I had a komacozi fly in the bedroom with me that kept plunking me in the forehead. Annoyed I'd try to swipe at it only to realize I couldn't move. I forced my eyes open. They burned, I shifted my eyes around the room, everthing was gray, like I was seeing a film's negative. The buzzing was everywhere in my body, like I could feel all the nerves just bursting with electricity.

  • @darkenjoken The harder I consentrated on the buzzing, the more intense the vibrations became. Once, I saw bloodred writing all over the walls and blankets...another experience I had, I awoke to find an arm across my chest, not touching me, just holding up someone leaning against my ear. I moved my eyes as far as I could to get a peak of this person. Everything was gray in the room, and I could see only a long sweep of white hair that hung like a curtain shrouding their face.

  • @darkenjoken I could feel this person's breath in my ear as they spoke...The message probably got jarbled, 'cause all I caught of it was, "...it enters through the mouth..."Needless to say I freaked. My cat was asleep on my chest and I looked at her as I willed my body to move. She lifted her sweet little kitty face, looked at me, then to my horror, looked at the spot where the "ghost's" head was, then put her head back down to continue her nap. Must have been stuck for 'bout 10 minutes.

  • @coolbluelights Yes they R related to OBE's, when you think you are seeing you are really see through your spirit or third eye, I have had these often in my life all of which seemed frightening to me, on one occation I thought or senced something trying to get into me. Try breathing different to get out of them if you want to. I actual want to have them now, but not scary ones. Other notes, what is outside in this world is also inside, this is what spiritual world is about & the Kingdom within.

  • Oh, and I discovered very early on while having these experiences (SP). If you want to wake up, try moving your big toe. Yeah just like in Kill Bill. If you can successfully do that, the rest of your body will quickly follow.

  • I've had SP roughly 10 times through out my life. I've had two the last couple nights. Its been different than before. I feel this terror, and I thought I heard breathing (it could have just been me) and I felt a dark presence. And I managed to say "hey" and woke myself up and could move again. But the word came out all retarded sounding. But the most recent one I was having funny vibrational feelings and at one point I was out of body, didn't last long, but I can recall an image of my room.

  • OBR can allow demons to access

  • your trying to tell ppl your not crazy but than u talk to your cat lmfao

  • @plocco she understands simple things, but she doesn't understand the concept of "No"

  • @coolbluelights lol my cat understands "food", "bedtime", and "go outside" and thats about it lol

  • in my sleep paralysis im only paralyzed from the waste down, if you focus you learn to control your body in this state but no matter how much i try i can not move my damned legs, if i could id kick the shadow mans ass for sitting at the edge of my bed but hes never close enough for me to punch

  • @CPU119 that's not a cat tail... lol JK

  • @coolbluelights hey im 14 ive had sp for about a month and had it like 7 times but how can you controll it like that? ive had it to were im suffocating were i see the things around me and my brother sleeping on the floor to spiders crawling down from the ceiliing to hearing a song being in a place that looks so familiar but i dont know were it is. i used to experiment with drugs so sp is kinda like a drug cuhz i hallucinate but for the worst how do you learn to controll it?

  • @razilleD the first way to control it is to control your fear. pray to God to protect you

  • @coolbluelights and after that?

  • @razilleD well just try to move, get up and walk around. it never lasts very long for me though

  • 1:57 THATS WHAT HAPPENNED TO ME LAST NIGHT!

  • I just had my first one last night I am 15 to be honest i all most craped my pants i thought it was some the exorcism stuff .........last night I thought i was awake but then i tried to itch my face and my hand did not move so then with all my force I tried to jump up and nothing happend i got really scared so then i shut my eyes and the next thing I knew i was awake.....do you think they will come back???

  • Hi there, ive had allot of sleep paralysis experiences too and the way u discribe the buzzing noise sounds so familiar. In my opinion the buzzing noise (in the center of the head) is a energy point opening to a other dimension/plane and a opportunity to experience different realities with the soul (our essential self).

The buzzing sound kinda reminds me of the sound in the serie Lost after the hatch exploded but this sound is more of a constant one and at a higher pitch.

    -Lost: The Anomaly

  • @CBrownSays well no not physically grab the door, but whatever dimension i'm in the door opens for me. thanks for the comment!

  • this just started happening to me radomly last couple of nights in a i would wake up after a dream but just stay perfectly still cuz i wanted to fall right back asleep then i would be having a hard time shutting down my mind cuz i was thinking so hard about the dream i was just having so i would try moving an arm or somthing and i felt paralized i didnt get that wierd noize but maybee some slight vibrations and felt myself comming out of my body it cared mr so i snaped right back

  • has anyone had varying experiences with SP because of taking opiates?? for me it seems to induce the attacks, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this...

  • @Jabers24 opiates? like drugs? no, drugs fail.

  • YES! i floated down the side of my bed into the floor and then it felt like i was floating through the floor... i thought i was having an out of body experience but then i looked back at my bed and i wasnt there then i woke up... i also have dreams where my whole body is vibrating extremely intenslely and i cant move anything but im not awake and paralyzed im just unable to move in a dream i gues

  • You better defeat sleep paralysis or you will burn your energy out at death by emmense fear. Yes, you will experience this consciousness as your body lays dead. I use the monster screen. Or what master meditators call, The blackscreen. Some of us are gifted with it at birth. I think it has something to do with immortality. But mostly a cosmic energy that can be heard when we sleep & feel when our emotions are high.

  • Look up the spirit of Lilith and Incubus/Succubus.... this typically happens between 12-3 am

Isaiah 34:14, "The night monster shall settle there and shall find HERSELF a resting place?"

  • Hey. Likin' your videos on vintage audio gear. Very nice... und ich spreche Dautsch auch!

I only remember one sleep paralysis experience. Every school morning my Dad turns on the lights and wakes me up, so the lights were on and all that, but I couldn't move and I couldn't even breathe! I was intensely afraid and I struggled to breathe and move until all of a sudden it was dark, and it was 1:30 in the morning. I heard no odd sounds... just vision.

  • Everything u said at the beginning happened to me. I was about to wake up and all of a sudden I hear this loud buzzing noise, I tried to grab the remote to turn off the tv cuz I thot it was on but I couldn't move at all. Then I started getting scared and struggled to get my arm to move and broke free. Then I realized my eyes were shut but I could see everything in my room as if my eyes were open. I was like this for about 30 sec.

  • get rid of that cat

  • he has a cat!

  • I have no fear of doing this but because I am so anxious to do it, I was too impatient. I was rushing to jump out of my body and woke myself up in the physical realm because youre supposed to wait until after the vibrations when it goes quiet again.

  • I have been intentionally trying to do this for my own personal experiment, I haven't gotten an OBE yet, but I managed to keep my mind awake while my body was asleep, due to a gland in the brain which paralyses your body for protection while sleeping. Anyways, so I got to the vibration state, it was intense, like 10,000 volts going through my body but felt no pain and I heared a buzzing noise like distortion from a loud TV set.

  • yeah, I've been trying to go for distance rather than time out, like I've gotten outside but that's about as far as I get. haven't had a really good one in a long time

  • I've got one by William buhlman, adventures beyond the body, that's about it for now, I want to get more though!

  • yeah it's so hard to focus and the vibrational state is really scary sometimes and it makes me want to wake up

  • Heres my experience, i wake up paralysed and have this loud buzzing noise in my head like loud distortion. then have waves of tension and fear crashing into my body from my feet to my head. then feel like im floating but i didnt open my eyes because i was afraid.i hallucinate too, i saw dark blurry figures standing in the hallway. and last time i saw a strange thin metallic flexable pipe that would come out of a dark corner in my room twisting and bending in all sort of directions coming closer.

  • THOSE ARE SOME FUNNY OUT TAKES!!! XD

  • well good for you..

  • dude that's gross.. you're a pervert

  • lol yea look at my cat's ass XD

  • hey, you should try this.

before you get sucked backed into your body,

    FOCUS ON YOUR HANDS!!!!!!

    ive heard that worked.

that will make you not get sucked back in.

  • dude !?! how does your cock do that???

  • Morning wood XD

  • XD XD, very nice cat that loves to boss. His name?.

    Congratulations also to the experience.

  • Her name is Sniffy :)

  • i don't know how to explain it but it was scary and i was trying to get back to i guess you could say real life, and boom suddenly i was back in my bed but i think i was sitting when i woke up? i don't know it was weird but cool. i don't know if that was an obe but it sure felt like it.

  • wow that's really cool, i wish i could do that. but i think i did have an out of body experience before. because i was sleeping and i got up and was standing in front of my window pacing back and forth in the middle of the night but i didn't feel like me.

  • well i guess its normal for me now but yeah there not scary infact one was funny it was this loud zombie noise like uhhhhhhhhh, but i guess there not scary anymore because they havnt been nearly as long as the first one

  • You are correct. Fear and stress hinders OBEs. I believe the more pure in conscience you become, the closer you can get to the source of conscientious (which every being that exist is a part of. It is possible to visit other planetary systems or even parallel universes.

  • I just realized that ive had SP but i thought it was just a bad dream. I remember laying and i woke up and It didnt feel like I couldn't move but I didn't try to move and my door flew open and then the whole entire room shook like crazy and i heard the loudest roar!! and then i woke up again and was like wtf but i was still shaking and couldnt move so im not sure wth happened.

  • I went into sleep paralysis three times in the past and had no idea it was sleep paralysis O_O

I didnt even think about ufos and spirits, I just struggled like hell to move ;] I havent had an O.B.E yet though. Just the paralyzation part.

But I feel much better knowing what it was. Its scary yet I wouldnt want to stop it.

  • obe is real, i was able to communicate with my g.f in my sleep. its all real and demonic. pray to jesus, and when it goes, then research him

  • how is it demonic?

  • i wish i could do an OBE

  • you think you do but they are not all fun in fact last night i had one and it was scary as shit....be careful what you wish for.

  • very true... can get very disturbing.. i have had obe's during sleep paralysis but once i realized i was hovering over my body i had no control and was thrown around my room on my ceiling..

  • Seriously? You,too?!Send me a message.I saw things when this happened to me....

  • ok to continue with my last post if there is a black cloud like super black it is a small concern if it is humanoid and the same black it is dangerous and if it should be in color it is great danger it could poses you as this is a powerful demon

  • Your cat is really funny :D:D:D:D:D, anyway, I have had same kind of experience when I was about 7-8 years old. Nothing that huge like you but still, The noise in my head and I can't move. If I try to move the noise gets so loud that I have to try to not to move. Mostly I started to dream again or just woke up a moment there after. Nowdays I don't have that anymore. Sadly :)

  • try to look at yourself next time and see if you dont wake up.

  • Is it some sound you actually hear? My Aunt had that recently and for some reason, she coudn't explain it to me.

  • Yeah I do actually hear it, but it's more in my head than in my ears

  • I DON'T THINK YOUR DREAMING i BELIEVE IN OBE..and your Cat is COOL

  • LOL@PINGAS note

  • [Read Below First] ..... as soon as I hit the laptop the same process happened 3 times, but on the 3rd time, the room appeared in my head as the side of the swimming pool and the laptop screen being a tile on the floor. as I was floating towards the wardrobe, i was floating towards the floor of the pool changing rooms, as soon as I hit it, I wake up.

  • Along with everyone else, i suffer from SP and OBE, although only OBE 2 times....

First time, i raised from the bed and towards the corner of the ceiling (while spinning). Upon panicing that I was going to hit myself on the ceiling I wokeup.

2nd I was sleeping with laptop on next to the bed on a chair. I woke up in SP, could see laptop but it was just a white blurred image of the screen. OBE followed when I floated towards laptop over the top of it and into the wardrobe as soon as I hit it.

  • for me its a little diffrent i cind of just come out of the dream i realize im aslep and i float up and out of my body in this state move ment is not so much walking as thinking about moving in a direction but its kind of the same as what you say try to not focuse so hard during it you will be able to move farther because you will stay in the state try to wake some one in this state if you can solidify your hand to like open the door but be careful there are things that look for you in this stat

  • in this state that will try to enter you body while you are out pleas respond to this coolbluelights

  • Wow! I didn't know you also had SP! There was a time a while back when I had a dream-like sleep paralysis-started experience. I may have not been as awake, but it started with SP, and I kinda floated to a tape recorder to record about it or something, and then went to the window. It was very wierd as it seemed my body could move except for the legs, which felt like they were folded up in a ball or something. I jumped out of the window with great excitement, and when I hit the sidewalk to the....

  • ....house I bounced up in the air like a bouncy-ball. Somehow I could walk, and I ran down the sidewalk to an intersection in the neighborhood and jumped up and flew in the air. It was very fun and I looked down an saw a 1970s car go by. This was in a more dream-like state I believe, and was interesting. Also those cat-bloopers were very funny!

  • Hahah yes the trick is when you get in that "Vibrational state" as the book I read calls it, just try and concentrate on getting up and walking to the door or a tape recorder, or something ^^

  • Is the "Vibrational state" the state when you notice youself going into sleep paralysis?

  • Yeah, like for me it'll be coming out of a dream and you get that noise in your head and feel paralyzed. and I find that the more I read or talk about it the more it happens.

  • yea everytime I work for ages and have work the next day for some reaosn I always dream that I am at work and right at the begining I realise that its just a dream and I am pissed off that I am dreaming about work when I am there enouth as it is...and then I start throwing food at the customers and then it goes blank...but I have had exactly the same dream a few times now

  • I have a question thats kind of off topic, but if you get the falling feeling, like you feel your falling in your dream, if you hit the ground is it true that you might die

  • nope, I've had that happen many times in dreams and I'm still here.

  • yea but i've heard accounts of people dieing from hitting the ground when you have the 'falling feeling'

  • if they died how can you know they were having a falling dream?? it's not like they can come back and tell you 0_o

  • Well they might have family members up and jsut so happened to see them :)

  • you see dead people?

  • Good point!

  • I haven't had any OBEs, but I do recall once waking up from a nightmare and my whole body was so tensed up that I couldn't move until I realized that it was over for sure. It wasn't really like being halfway between asleep and awake, but since the dream ended with a feeling of imminent danger, I guess my body reacted to that and it took a while to subside.

  • SNIFFY :D :D :D :D

  • I've never had sleep paralysis, but I've had night terrors. That's when you wake up, but you're still asleep, and you're really scared of something in the room.

  • Oh man that's freaky, when you wake up and your paralized.

And the noises too; sometimes you'd hear strange noises, or people talking, or etc.

I've never had an OBE though. I kinda wanna experience it, but at the same time, I don't lol

That would be cool to be able to do it at will though.

One thing I wanna experience is lucive dreaming.

HAHA awesome outtakes! LOL the cat keeps jumping up over the camera lol

  • once you know what it is you can work on getting rid of the fear^^

  • :D

    there is the cat!!!

I did hea often peoples speak about that, but

I never did experience it myself ever any sleep patralieis

    please more cat adventures! :-)

  • ive had some strange things happen to me at night. i guess i used to be a dad sleepwalker~ amung other things

  • I used to do that too, and talk in my sleep

  • ha my dad swears at his dumb ass coworker in his sleep

  • LOL with the outtakes!

that is some real weird stuff dude

  • Yeah I keep watching the outtakes and laughing XD

  • Hey CoolBlue Lights! Nice to see you upload! Like the vid and your description of your experiences are very good. You should keep experimenting and see if you can become a lucid dreamer with control. I still wonder what the intense feeling of fear is during the sleep state and the feeling of a harmful or evil presence. I don't get far in this state. kinda stuck to the bed most times, bah! But full aware. The cat is so cool! It was listening to everything you were saying. More of d cat!

  • thats a cool ass sweatshirt. my friend told me he had alot of those when he was in the marines where your half awake and half asleep. thankfully ive never had one. its got to be so scary
