@clubermath That is because you got the upgraded version of the phone which basically has a new layout (white menus and such) and has a much better touchscreen.

@GIeeky I had the samsung reality. my first one broke, replaced it, then the second one broke. They both randomly stopped charging. I liked the phone, but it got annoying as hell.

verizon upgraded this phone to a rogue. the reason they didn't name it the glyde is because they didn't want people to run away from it. you know, how the glyde breaks and falls apart. but thanks to the rouge, its much more sturdy and its very protective

Omg this phone needs to burn in hell. I have it and it always freezes on me or the touch screen presses the wrong button. But the keyboard is perfect. Only good thing is that keyboard. do not buy this phone I wouldn't wish this phone on my worst enemy. And the camera takes like 20 minutes to actually take the picture. Don't get this phone i would rather have my phone that I had 3 years ago.

I got this phone and im way happy with it. its always nice to have an actual key board and a touch screen. the ket board for me on touche screens usually messed up all the time. so this phone is a deffinate win

*by the way i had problems with it, went in and recieved the software upgrade, then the DAY OF i was still having problems with the touch screen, and had to get a new one sent to me. this may just be my luck, but im pretty sure many people have had these problems. mine is currently restarting everytime i try to send a message and it wont let me open messages. its just not worth the money in my opinion.

DUDE DONT GET THE GLYDE!

i have it and its horrible! ive had so many problems with it, im on my second one and i just got the first one in august, and its broken again! the messaging future keeps screwing up! itsjust a bad idea.

i reccommend getting something like the voyager or one of the newer touch screen phones like the dare. the versa also looks nice but i havent seen it in person yet. just thought id let you know.

i have this phone and i dont like it. even after the upgrade it has issues with the touch screen. i strongly advise you look at other phones before you think about buying this phone. (this is only one phone and one opinion, your phone may work better. who knos.)

The people who are complaining about this phone probably got it before the BI29 upgrade. I got this phone with the upgrade already installed and the touchscreen is fine and I have had to problems with it yet. But feel free to disagree with me, this is just my opinion.

I recommend you do not get this phone! I had the phone since may, and since then i've had nothing but problems i eventually got verizon to replace it with a voyager and ill be receiving that Tuesday =)
