Get twitch.tv. Then when streaming turn that on and off so people get an e-mail. Put a redirection link on your twitch.tv pointing to livestream. Then start livestream!

I like LiveStream much better, because Procaster is actually a decently made program. I wish Procaster was a stand-alone program and not associated with LiveStream, but whatever. I don't know how to do it either, by the way, so if you figure it out, shoot me a message.
