I have never heard it isnt allowed to take a break on a sidewalk if your health is in danger- just saying! Maybe you need to stop from time to time because you have problems with your legs. According the doc you need to walk and from time to time stop (if you dont take a break your vein can rupture) . You can also have problems with suddenly fainting fit, if you dont take a break from time to time, oh yes there can be many reasons.
