  • This deeply relaxes my soul when the seeming chaos of this situation takes over my head. Opens me to love. Regardless. The message worth sending. Even if it is not received.

  • @MultiPearlicious thank you. It was wonderfully strange how this song came about. I felt it calling me during a thunder storm. I picked up the flute hit record and out it came just as you hear it... with the exception of the added thunder and chimes. It was a great moment... very special. Thanks for listening.

  • Just uploaded to my fb. Very beautiful flute music. I love the flute and do own one of the American Indian's. Sometimes I would bring it to the children's hospital where I volunteer once a week and play it for them.

  • I haven't played an instrument in 20 years...

Today, I went to a music store and picked up this flute...

Now, I know I have made a wise choice...

Wish me luck as I start my own journey....

    Thank you

  • I posted this on my FB page for Columbus Day. Very beautiful ad soulful!

  • @Stormdancer343 thank you!

  • @Stormdancer343 ... wasn't columbus responsible for a near genocide on the native american people?

  • @Stormdancer343 Columbus Day? y on earth should we celebrate columbus day?

  • This is what our souls sound like.

God bless everyone. The 2012 shift is soon, be ready and know that we are going to live in peace when its done.

  • @GabeDrumBeats Hope you read "behold a pale horse" talking like that or atleast done some research..

  • N domt let that make u quit believing in the white eye, n that is bad thoughts, letting u,, letting it, take over u , just think about it for me, thank u loovve cheyenne;)

  • Wow right below, sp true, but dont ever forget slim just keeps the same bad attitude n hes so rich with followers, he never let himself just believe, n u just have to believe n it will always always always come to u.

  • Having some Cherokee (1/8... lame) I must say, I feel like this connects me to that part of myself. There's something so spiritual about the Native American culture that's so strong, passionate, rich and beautiful that when a person with only some can feel it, they're like a whole new person. I feel more free and at peace when my 'inner Native American' is most prominent. I love it <3 I wish I had more!

  • Absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing your gift.

  • relaxing

  • I live this stuff. I usually listen to rap and hip hop like eminem but this is just so soothing I love it!

  • Wow! How cool is that. Cheers, TheLaxstar24

  • @wanderingendorphin this is really pretty i have some cherokee in me and my cherokee name is Unega Wah-ya

  • @TheLaxstar24 m&m is not rap by the way , dont get confused like ppl are nowdays about rap hip hop and gangsta rap

  • @TheLaxstar24 Im 18 years old, i agree with you 100%, mainstream music dosent hold the key to spirtual connection... this music was made for self/human exploration and spiritual guidance.... i wish i could listen to a 24 long native american flute song.. this is what the world needs....

  • How come in this video the native american flute sounds more amplified compared to where i see the flute played live on another video and it doesn't sound so amplified? Is it because an amplifier is being used or something?

  • i like how you guys are all just relaxed. I mean, I listen to Metal. but this is very relaxing. like what "MyTbradley" just said, i feel like drifting away. very very beautiful

  • Gosh...This makes me want to close my eye's and just drift away some where with no one around....Just the beauty of nature...Peace and Quite !!!! Thanks...:)))

  • Hello, I am currently working on a Native American Inspiration video. I have Gathered photos of our Native people and have written a brief presentation. I was wondering if I can have permission to use you song in the back ground? If not that is no problem. Great song... You can email me at smfuller@me.com if you want I can give you a preview of the video. Thanks.

  • Thankyou for that journey. i felt i shared it with others on the same road. Stilling the mind to see with my soul... speechless . Thankyou Wanderingendorphin

  • You just made my day dmoxlucid

    Cheers,

    Jim

  • As 1 human to another, I find this very beautiful music. Music brings us all together for it comes from one's heart and touches the hearts of so many people. I love music of every culture, but more, I find fascinating the wide array of musical instruments created by each culture. I heard a native man named Tom Ware play one of these flutes several years ago. That a piece of nature can be honed to create such beautiful music is awesome. Thank you for sharing.

  • this is a good change up from everyday music. you dont need lyrics to reach your soul, all you need is a good melody. i am 22 years old and i am getting tired of modern music not reaching out to me, its this kind of music that should be heard its good for the mind and its easy on your life. this type of music is ment for all.

  • Appreciate your comment firetiger110. Thanks!

  • very well spoken. I'm 25 years old and I can completely relate to this. Music nowadays isn't very soothing for the soul. we all need that peaceful awakening to guide us in life.

  • Even blind people have prejudices and bias's. It has nothing to do with what we see with our eyes and everything to do with what we hear in our heart. What has past has, let it be; the dead would wish it so. When we die we return to what we were before birth. Our breath returns to the wind, our bodies to the earth, our tears to the sea; it is our soul, our divine spark, that will live forever; so what difference does color make when we are all of the same origin? None.

  • This...is....beautiful~<3 don't ever stop playing~

  • Dnload the audio from this song at thetunify doht cohm.

  • I know I cannot be Native American, nor will I ever try to claim I am doing so will be totally wrong. However, I love these flutes and the life they make. I am thankful to those whom have provided and shared this instrument. I hope you all have a wonderful day. peace.greg

  • It does not matter what race I am, I consider nature my family, and i will do whatever it takes to protect my family.

  • My friend got a Native American flute, played just one note on it to show me what it was like, and I immediately became intensely hooked on the sound. Just ordered myself one and can't wait to learn how to play it.

  • @trevor1ify

I couldn't agree more with you. This land does not belong to the white man at all. As my previous comment stated, I am ashamed to have been born in the white race, but I cannot change it. I know if I had the control the natives would rule the land as they should and if allowed the white man would share it, not control it. Peace to you. Have a wonderful day. Greg.

  • Beautiful seeing the vast and untouched landscape. Enjoy it while it last, eventually it will most likely no longer be here...

  • Wonderful music. I am extremely into Native American Flute music. I am learning the culture and beliefs. I am a white man and from my knowledge i have no ancestors who are native. However, I sometimes wonder because i feel so strong about natives and want to learn all i can. After learning to play the flute a little my interest has grown and after learning the truth about history I am ashamed to be born a white man. I can't change that.

  • i wish i could go back and see the wild frontier.. before it all vanished forever..

beautiful music of our native people

  • No offense but you sound like a white-man that has a good handle on a Native Flute. But your very close to sounding Native. I am Native and a flute player, you are not bad. Keep up the good work.

  • @AngelTruth2010

Thanks... I think... I mean, I'm not trying to not sound white nor am I trying to sound Native. I'm just playing music... and thought I'd share.

  • @wanderingendorphin <--thank you for your music white man...haha -peace

  • @wanderingendorphin I understand what you you are talking about AngleTruth. But I think you have been listening to too many native american CD's. Playing the flute can be a very spiritual thing. If we listen to beautiful music it can be easy to find something very far away. You found your story. For me. I really liked it. Native or not, it was good, and I have no reason to tell him how to, or how not to sound native. And so, I guess I am trying to say your words mean nothing at all.

  • @wanderingendorphin Does Matter what are skins color is? I love the sound of the Native American Flute. I am white and play this soothing instrument. It is perhaps the nicest sounding flute I have either played or listened to. Maybe someone should find a way to use it to heal the many souls who physical and or intellectual impairments have caused them to feel lonely and not have a place in God's beautiful gift of a planet. Our dear Mother Earth. All the same I'm glad you shared this gentle music

  • @wanderingendorphin this is very beautiful almost like a lullaby :) i really love it

  • @AngelTruth2010 I'm white!

  • I am half Native American through my mother who is full and all I can say is WOW......

this song is so very BEAUTIFUL!

it sounds like somethig that I hum to myself and now my son.

  • i love this video it reminds me of God who made these cultures and cliff, canyons.

  • ??? native americans never believed in a christian god, they where forced the religion then you killed our babys with the holy water you used to baptise them which had small pox in it.

  • hush child and listen to the flute, rest ur soul

  • @puertoricoindepencia - christianity has a lot to answere for. do you mean vaccines?

  • What key? I would like to learn this song. Thx

  • I used a G

  • listening to ur song gives me hope to get better in my flute playing thank you your song brings peace to my heart and thinking of our father who gave us this gift thanks calmingwind

  • wow what a beautiful tone. almost brings tears to my eyes. could you please share what key this is? it seems to have a more "native" earthy feeling to it than my Am flute...

  • Almost!!!??... Just kidding. Thanks!

It's a High Spirits Flute in the Key of Gm. The song is a 1st take improv that I recorded during a thunder storm. Although, the thunder you hear was added to the track to bring that aspect out a bit more.

  • well you are truly blessed I love your videos an hope to get to your level one day what kind of delay are you using I would like that sound better than the echo effect I use thanks calming wind

  • I had this song mixed using Pro Tools and we used the generic long delay the program comes with.

    Thanks for writing,

    Jim

  • You Made This???

  • Yes

  • Its amazing how simple air from a lone human combined with the instrument carved from the earth can create such a beutiful Harmony together.

  • Thank you. This is very calming music, and invokes reflection,

I'll listen to it again and again, and await another good video from you !!

  • wondeful song

  • Thanks!

I like a lot of the videos on your page.

    Cheers,

    Jim

  • Remember,

Its not so much people hating people as it is organizations like governments hating nations, races, classes, etc. that has destroyed this good earth.

Trail of Tears, Concentration Camps, Serbia vs. Bosnia, etc., etc., etc... The hate must stop at the highest levels first. Then re-education.

    IMHO

  • Love the music. Love this vid. Love your user-name. 5*s!

  • i am 25% Arapaho, i don't look like it at all. it really makes me sad because i cant be all that open about it because people wont believe me. of the other two or ethnic backgrounds i have, i love my native American side the most.

  • I like this music. It reminds you of just how naturally free and beautifully wild life used to be. I wish it to return but I hope.

  • Thanks theFoxthatTalks. I appreciate it.

    Smiles,

    Jim

  • it's sooo calming and relaxing and spiritful just like thunder said.....what is better, violin or flute? (i don't know what to pick since i've been interested in violin for a long long time now but my main instrument that i played from the beginning is flute)....i know you guys may think that since i've been playing flute, i should stick with that but i feel kind of weird and i guess it would probably be uneasy for me to decide on one thing...I JUST CAN'T PICK!!!!!!!

  • My main instrument is acoustic guitar.. I picked up native Flute just for the pure joy of it. To my surprise I ended up recording and including it on this new cd. My point is... pick both. I concentrate my efforts on guitar and pick up the flute once in a while for fun. What your listening to in this video is one of those times. Its a total and complete 1st take improv that was recorded by chance. It is a very spiritual instrument and I can't help but feel its better simply played than practiced

  • thanks for your suggestion. i think i will try both.

  • So spiritual, so restful! Where can I purchase this?

  • Thanks for asking ThunderMesa!
