There's a kind of threshold you have to pass when learning, the alternating bass is one of the things that takes time to learn before it works like an autopilot. But I've had a lot of use for the fingerpicking when I play electric solo, I'm not so fond of plectrums. Peter

BB's a good old Dude.. him and Memphis Slim are/were some of the best. His joint in Memphis on Beale Street really rocks if you ever visit.. even if BB's not there.. This gal Ruby Wilson is his main attraction sans BB.
