You need a capture card. it's like a graphics card for your computer, but the on the back of the Computer's tower, it'll have the standard yellow wire, red wire, ETC. plug in your xbox, install the software, and start recording. in this particular case he used Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. (most likely more, but, yeah.)
