I considered putting together another tape for 15 -- I had a pretty decent idea for one, I thought, and since I hit it off pretty well with the casting department, I figured I could make it back to the same spot -- but ultimately I decided the odds of actually getting on the show just weren't in my favor now that the producers seem to be recruiting so many people from the L.A. area. If they like you, expect them to call you several times before your semifinal interview. They like to develop a rapport with you before they put you on camera. As for tips, I don't have much to offer -- just be yourself and be positive and energetic. Also, if you really want to be on the show, I'd take your video(nice one, btw) off of YouTube. They're super-paranoid about keeping potential constestants confidential.
