@Bennie050799 yes cause it's a mac on a PC called Hackintosh and not Macintosh. I'll do this tomorrow if i have time today to backup everything and burn Mac OS X 10.5.2 on a DVD and Vista on another and run both with boot camp!

Try to unplug and plug your keyboard in again, that should work

hi there.. I've installed it, but when it finishes, doesn't restart automatically.. I have to do it manualy.. and after that, when gets to the first boot.. keeps on loading for a while, and then the screen turns black and the monitor light starts blinking... any help please?

Press F8 while booting and then type "-v". Tell me where it stops...

this is neither a video-tutorial on installing Mac OS X nor am I dual booting OS X. This is just to show you what you're gonna see if your installation finished successfully.

The installation process is very easy if you're equipped with supported hardware. If not, it might get a little harder...:-)

yes tutorial might be of a too strong a word. um, well another question, id read that the .ior2 can be run on ALL computers where as its previous version (.1)only works on intel and not on amd... can you confirm that? cus id really like to install it and i have AMD...thnx!

I'm not pretty sure if you can run r2 on a AMD machine. Try to get your hands on a JaS-Release. This will run on AMD for sure.

I was wondering if you could help me with my iATKOS installation. I have installed it, rebooted, marked the Mac OS X Partition as active but when I try to boot into Leopard it sayd 'b0 error' Please can you help me as I hate using windows and really want to run Leopard!!!

Hi ouyllik, Your partition is not active. Here's the solution: 1. Boot up your installation-DVD 2. Go to "Utilities" -> "Terminal" 3. Type "diskutil -list" Hold which disk number holds your partition (eg. "disk0" or "disk0" etc.) 4. Type "fdisk -e /dev/rdiskX" ->X IS YOUR DISK NUMBER Ignore the error 5. Type "p" Verify which partition is for MacOSX (1, 2, 3, etc.) 6. Type "f X -> X IS YOUR PARTITION NUMBER 7. Type "write" 8. Type "y" (you are sure) 9. Type "exit" 10. Remove DVD and reboot!

You have to create a seperate partition for Mac OS X. If you install it on a extra partition it's pretty unlikely to loose data. GParted (search for it on the net) can shrink Windows (NTFS-/FAT) partitions without data loss.

What options i have to choose to boot the system from my hard drive??... because I installed it but... only boot from my DVD Drive... not from my Hard Drive... !! :( I Tried to manage flags with Gparted but...nothing happens... :(, please Help if you can post some installation Steps for this version...

Hey what can I choose in the darwin boot loader Im confused!

There are 4 options...You can't choose all of them that's the only thing i know...help! I only know how to install the iatkos v1.0i.

Do you need to put the terminal commands after the installation??

What do you mean by 'You can't choose all of them'? The Darwin bootloader which loads the setup or the one which boots the installation from your HD?
