i miss this show so much. it was so amazing. i'm near tears right now just remembering it. out of all the shows i've ever seen on broadway, this show deserved to run forever.

@bmc102392 In a just world, the original production of Ragtime would still be running due to the quality of the show, and this might be one of the replacement casts. Ragtime is flawed, but the quality of the writing makes up for it. Besides, Phantom and Les Miz are flawed, but Ragtime has twice the genuine character development that they do, and tells 3 stories, and still hasn't had the run that it genuinely deserves. I just don't get it. It's similar to the British mega musicals, but better.

I have to agree wholeheartedly. I have seen the show both in DC and NYC. Bobby has found a way to develop the character so well that we feel for him and get caught up in his views. I hope he gets a Tony.
