this is awesome!......throw a cast iron skillet on the bottom rack when u preheat the oven. cut the top of the loaf in an X pattern about 1/4 inch deep with a sharp serrated knife right before putting in the oven, and throw a buncha ice cubes in the hot cast iron skillet when you put the dough in the oven! <------sung to the tune of your song.
