  • The price is not the same in each country, and depending if it's in good working order or not, complete parts and wiring harness or not.

Lower price in Europe than in US.

  • do u know how much it is 4 a after market transtop to add to a del sol cuss im not gonna get in and out of my car to put the roof in the trunk

  • looks like knight rider Super Pursuit Mode :D

  • Ive always liked the targa top remover. I never installed one because all my research lead me to believe it adds a 1000lbs to your ride. I said f*** that because all that will do is ruin my 30+ mpg rating. Any ideas anybody? Should I go for it and install one or leave mine manual?

  • @koookiekrisp NOOOOOOO

Transtop add only 135lbs to the initial weight of the car, not 1000lbs!!!!!!

Transtop is OEM on my French delSol and I've no problem with it :)

I don't dirty my hands when I remove the roof, and I don't burn my hands were like those that have a dark colour with a manual roof when the sun is strong.

  • omg this kid must think hes the shit with that when everyone else laughs at him

  • ah oui quand même ! ^^

  • ???????? je croyait qu'il était manuelle ou c'est une transformation ?

  • C'est une option de chez Honda.

    Elle coutait environ 9000Frs à l'époque

  • kinda useless, the main asset of this car is the weight, and you add an extra 100kg ? What's the point of this ?

  • The transtop is on the original model in France (where I live).

Overweight compared to a version with manual roof is sually of 60Kg.

In performance, I'm such a manual roof versiuon

The slight overweight in the back leads to a better grip on the rear, the car is more stable cornering thanks to the better weight distribution.

Thank you not to make unnecessary comments when you do not know the correct model car presented here.

  • @CRXdelsol69 60kg does not do that much to the car

  • @keepinmyhustle

Yes, this is what is marked on the original brochure and checked on the logbook of the car :)

  • @CRXdelsol69 doesnt mean its true, a hondas manual says to only use honda oil because its the best for the car which is false there is not one fluid made by a car manufacture that is the best for proformance and/long lasting ability. honda motor oil isnt the best royal purple is and honda tranny fluid isnt the best ams oil is. its marketing. that is the most expensive model there is so they come up with reasons why you should buy it.

  • @keepinmyhustle

I don't understand why you speak about oil?

I don't speak about manual anytime.

Transtop add 60Kg on the delSol, that's write on the logbook (grey card), on the car (blue plate) and I weighed my car to compare it with manual roof ;)

And the weight isn't a reason why I should buy it :)

  • @CRXdelsol69 it was an example on how honda lies to their customers!!!! you are to dumb to realize wat im saying.

  • @keepinmyhustle sounds like royal purple and ams marketing has got to you lol

  • @bustedpiggybank hahahaha ok

  • what is that seem like a civic

  • it is a civic

  • @CerhanCtpohr

It's a "Civic delSol" in US, it's a "CR-X delSol" in Japan, and in France it's a "Civic CRX" ;)

  • Its a CRX or Del sol depends where you live.

  • very nice sol!
