Hi Pat, I was thinking of getting the old Sonic Serve DVD when I found out about your new MPH DVD. Would you say everything I can learn from Sonic Serve is also in MPH? Thanks.
I have both DVDs. I would that they are complimentary. I would not say that they just duplicate or repeat each other. They are both good in their own ways.

This technique seems easier on the back than the Sonic Serve, because you don't have to go into that bowed C position with the leading hip.

How close together should the feet be during this? It looks like the player puts her feet quite a bit closer together than I usually see on serves.

Great concept. I'll try it to master this technique as I feel it will take less effort and less sychronization of the body than the jump serve
