Great Video: I have searched everywhere to find out more about this period and after the Maccabean period. but everywhere seems quiet of this history. I am interested to know how prophecy was fulfilled during this period, and the effects long term from this time to king Herod time-Jesus time. I assume the pharases, sadducees etc.. were not legimate priests even in jesus time??
