Even tho brown is not a great speaker, i do think he does always try to do best for the people, even if he does make a lot of mistakes. Cameron on the other hand is a great speaker, as good as blair, but do we want a PM who is only in it for the millionaires and the upperclasses?

It's their intent to speak, so they can be identified for selection for a question by the speaker, or a response to the question. Just big names are considered above them.
