1000kw is 1 million watts of power which would be correct if the unit of measurement was W/Watts, but in automotive this would be measured in BREAK HORSEPOWER. Watts/W is usually used for Electricity consumption/production. Oh ye just so you know its 1333.33' B/HP in the old terms
