  • Hi mate, good to see you're still here! Something to think about:

    There once was a man who injured his back doing an exercise called "good mornings". He was using 13x lbs of weight while doing so (approximately his own body weight.) While injured he compiled a lot of his thoughts into a book. He couldn't do much physical training but he kept on it regardless.

    His name was Bruce Lee. The moral- never give up! Mental training is just as important as lifting weight!
