Vandals were my favorite band growing up. One of the only punk bands to actually have talented musicians, intelligent song craftsmanship, and I loved their sarcastic and non-political approach. I've made a connection though that I don't know really what to think of right now. Joe fraternizing with that ass face on Fox news and the Vandals playing for Dick Cheney's troops a few times in iraq. Promoting his music on a fascist network and playing in Iraq for the troops of an illegal war. confused..

I miss listening to Joe in the mornings. His morning show was smart, funny, and played great music. indie is still better than the rest, but not quite as good . But i'll definatley be at the Vandals' Xmas show.

The official word I got from my superior is that the new rating system, the People Meters, would not support my kind of show. People that would wear one of those things (and the Program Director) would not be impressed by me, David Lynch, and Tim Olyphant. And I'm evidently expensive so why bother with me? It's their job to make those kinds of calls. No hard feelings and TK will do great. I'm grateful to have my legal show on Fridays. Thanks for the support!
