@daboonster I define chemical weapons as mass destruction. They cannot be targeted just at soldiers and were of course used on entire villages. Iraq bought chemicals for this globally, he was not on any watch list since 82 and was free to do that. So on the one hand you say "Let Iran buy or produce XYZ" despite sponsoring terrorism, in the same breath, the world sells chemicals to Iraq who was at the time on no such list or taking part in terrorism.
