I think that's show is great family entertainment. So hard to find these days among genetically created zombies,death,& destruction. Imo,we have Stan Winston to thank for shows like this one. Everyone loves dinosaurs...now that's entertainment!!! I also like how the baby t-rex is done the same as the larger Muppets.

If you feel like a 12 million dollar production by the BBC is cheap, you must be very hard to please. The fact is that this is something that must be seen in person to appreciate fully.

A lot of work went into these creations, and the results are very believable, especially if you have half an imagination. I got my parents tickets to it for their anniversary, and they loved it. It was a very entertaining and informative production.

Well this is a British production, so the accent is genuine. But really, the dinos are the main actors. He does seem out of place actually down there with the dinos.

The Torosaurus had a small vehicle underneath it, and the legs moved on a conveyor belt. The filming sucks because they don't let you videotape it, and when i taped it, i had to hide the camera too.

the things under the dinos legs are small go-kart type things that the puppet animators lie down in to control the walking of the 'saur. the head, tail and eyes etc. are remotely controlled from backstage. theres a video here somewhere showing the dinos being made, and guys riding around under legs as another guy controls the dino features! very well made and thought up. in a word.......spectacular!

Thanks buddy. Did you sit far away from the stage? The dinosaurs appeared small when you zoomed out. The white long things under the dinosaurs looked awkward and annoying sometimes, didn't they? I'm not sure if the corner upper level seat can get me an okay view. What do you think?

well i was right at the top row. the things under the legs stop the dinosaurs from falling over. i think it would be ok to sit at the upper level because you can still see well and also they have huge TVS on the walls which are zoomed into the dinosaurs, which you can also watch.
