This is a traditional Ethopian chant to the most high - Great Spirit. Amaframahijeo chant was created in honor of the shamanic death/rebirth that Amikaeyla had when she was run over by a truck. When her spirit left her body she heard the phrase Amaframahijeo which means "from mother to Mother God". The prayer underneath the chant is an Arabic prayer called Du'a Kumayl (only part of the prayer) spoken by Amikaeyla as shared with her by a friend, Ahmed.
the word "Oshun" in the album title supposes that it's got sth to do with the yoruba religion originating in west Africa. so i guess it's sung in Yoruba or an other African Language...
You can get this and the rest of the album at CD Baby by searching on Oshun Gaia or Amikaeyla or you can get it at KIVA's website kivasong dot com.
