Varatril does exist in reality, it's composed by carbamazepine-CBZ and some benzodiazepines like lorazepam and clonzaepam. It is a tranquilizer, usually used for manic depressive disorder and some others.
The Roche brand is called Dormonid here in Brazil, and the 15mg pills are rather mild, due to it's weak oral bioavailability.
