I always have fallout when I apply eyeshadows even if I tap off the excess. I am terrible with eye makeup. Do you have any other tips?

apply a translucent powder just below your eyes. then when you're done, just wipe it off.

I have both palettes, it says 88 shimmer if its shimmer. You have the matte if it doesn't say 88 shimmer. Btw love the look!
